Gather the crew for the ultimate Friday session! We're kicking off with an hour of serious mahi followed by some well-earned cold ones.
What to expect:
30 minutes of high intensity cardio on the bikes at RIDE, then 30 minutes of strength training next door at House of Bod. Finish strong, then we'll crack open some beers and celebrate together.

When: Friday, 7th November at 5:30pm (arrive 10-15 mins early to get set up)
