We're stoked to welcome you! Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can give you a proper welcome and a studio tour. We’ll then check you in and get you set up on a bike and take you through everything you need to know to ride with confidence.

We’ve got options for you! You’re welcome to wear your own gym shoes on our bikes – we’ll show you how to use the toe cages on our pedals to keep you strapped in! Otherwise you're welcome to bring your own SPD cycle shoes or purchase a pair in studio. These shoes allow you to clip you into the pedals to enhance your ride.

Our indoor cycling classes are led by an instructor on stationary bikes. We ride as a team, combining cardio and strength training by varying resistance levels, speed, and riding positions on the bike and including the use of dumbbells for an upper body workout. Set to an epic playlist, our classes create a motivating group fitness experience where you can build endurance, improve cardiovascular health, burn calories and improve overall fitness while being guided through a structured and safe workout.

Whether you choose a Rhythm Ride or a Power Ride, expect high-energy classes where you ride to the beat while challenging your body and boosting your motivation!
Rhythm Rides feature more choreographed upper body movements and faster-paced tracks at higher BPM - think more runs and sprints on the bike!
Power Rides emphasise strength with extended upper body work using dumbbells and intense high-resistance intervals - think more challenging hill climbs that build serious power.
Both classes incorporate dumbbells for upper body training, ensuring a full-body workout that leaves you feeling energised and accomplished.

Don't worry about your fitness level! Our classes welcome everyone - from first-timers to seasoned riders. The beauty of our setup is you control your own intensity. Need to take it easy? Simply adjust your resistance or take breaks whenever needed. Our instructors offer modifications for beginners while still challenging those wanting more.
Remember, building fitness takes time - most riders need at least 5+ classes to really feel at home on the bike. We create a judgment-free zone where everyone moves at their own pace. All you need to do is show up with a positive attitude, and we'll handle the rest!

Most classes are 45 minutes, with some special Rides running at 30 or 60 minutes. Check the class description for specific durations.
